The Higher Learning Commission and the Council of North Central Two Year Colleges will be offering up to $3,000.00 in funding for 2008-2009 research grants. Future new Requests for Proposals for 2008-2009 will be mailed in February 2008 to the membership. The grants are for studies that have a "region wide interest and/or impact on the teaching/learning process." The grants are due by September 1, 2008, and All applications will be reviewed by the Research Committee of the Council with
awards announced after the Council's early Fall Meeting.
